FeMail stamps

Delicious stamps from Diana Hale arrived recently.  Great to be part of the FeMail mail art movement. I will print out a set and save these perforated beauties for the archives!

The perforated paper has been replenished... so I got more stamps!

Cascadia Artpost has been so generous with his stamps that  contrary to nature, I have given in and am affixing a few stamps to the envelopes of my outgoing mail.  My lucky mail art friends!

In other Cascadia news, after 28 consecutive days of rain, Cascadia has spent some quality time on a new Cascadia diorama, so stay tuned! I hear that a Coffee Clutch 'looms'. Here in England we have had too much rain and it's been windy. I have planted lots of seeds in the part of the kitchen we call 'the dairy' to bring the outside in. It's a good thing I am on top of my seeds as Cascadia has promised me some 2020 seeds soon.

Ticket! Ticket! more on the horizon(tal)

If you have collected tickets or ticket-like-ephemera and aren't sure what to do with it, my suggestion is that you put it all in an envelope and send that envelope right to Cascadia!  Let me tell you… what you get in return will be very satisfying, indeed!  I contributed a handful or two of tickets and similar from way back when (that I found, combing through my collage box) and in return I have umpteen sheets of these beautiful stamps to lick and use as I see fit.  

Of course, I archive them. But each time I hold them and look carefully at them I think, maybe I could use them just this once!

Cascadia's record keeping must be impeccable and his generosity is always astounding. All I know is I am lucky to have got on his mailing list.
