I'm a cheerleader for the Sticker Dude

The Sticker Dude has a plan.  You can construe it by looking carefully at the stamps he chooses. He is a postal Greek God, an international postal force, a conservation-loving, Black Lives Matter, Olympic enthusiast, American football supporter, hopeful hospital believer and rings the liberty bell far and wide. 

He continues to add to my archive of mail art, assuring my place in Suffolk mail art history forever. Thank you Joel! Lots of great stuff here.  Look carefully.

 

A few things from Joe Cohen

I am a little behind on my mail art blogging (again).  I have been making more mail art but that means I have less time for blogging.  Time isn't exactly elastic and I can't find more of it.  So, apologies for conflating a few things here from Joel It is actually two mailings. but one of the mailings had an envelope inside that said Guyver archive, so I have opted for simplicity.  Besides, I have another exciting mailing from Joel which is on the scanner as I type.

I will leave it to you to peruse, look for patterns and overlaps to make your own meaning! As ever, it's great to get this bonus mail art for the Guver archive!

Sticker Dude's sorting station

Sticker Dude has been sending me a steady stream of special imagery that belong in my archive. I haven't exchanged often with Fleur.  When I was a regular on IUOMA I received a few pieces so it's brilliant to be passed this gorgeous photo that feels like a painting.

I am encouraged to see that Imagine Peace Add and pass was started in 2016 and it's still live.  That will encourage me to find all the add and pass pages that have been sent to me and that have stalled here. 

 And Sticker Dude's envelope, bespeckeled with stamps is a joy! Beautiful. Thank you.
