Greek Mail Art Moon and more

What a beautiful rising winter moon from Katerina! Is that what it looks like in Greece.  Here in England it is starting to get light enough to walk the dog without my reflective jacket. We had a beautiful sunrise the other day, but so far no moon to compete with this one. Getting so much celebration in one piece of mail art makes me reconsider my belief that February is the saddest month.  this has cheered me up, for sure!

Greek Christmas Mail!

This Christmas mailing from Katerina in Greece reminds me of her El Greco chapter for Cheryl Penn and De Villo Sloan's collaborative book a bunch of us took part some years ago.  Like Katerina, I like that strong blue and the white gives it both an ethereal and a snow scene feel.  I particularly like to see Katerina smiling back in her artistamp!  Glad to be on Katerina's Christmas mailing list. Monkey Busisness and a TLP from DKULT Greece

Katerina sent me my first and only Year of the Monkey greeting! Our son was born in the year of the Monkey, apparently he is a water monkey.  I'm also delighted to get this collaborative TLP with participation from: Richard Canard, Katerina Nikolsou and John M Bennett!

Katerina's hallmark stamps announce the contents.  I consider what Christmas Mail Art Time means to me and mostly it means less time to do mail art, but of course I wouldn't have it any other way...

 That reminds me, I have been examining the burgeoning boxes of Chritmas rapper, considering the cost alongside the number of family members - 8, and keep putting them back.  I wonder if it's better value, more fun to get the ones with the kazoos or the ones with the mini golf game.  Why do they show the prizes on the back? and we better get our tree up.  I doubt Patrick would go for a cracker one!

Greek Banana Mail Art time - Katerina

The thing about the banana is you just have to smile.  The sunny yellow, the ridiculous shape. Who wouldn't mark the day of the banana?  It is November 18th, this year. Thank you Katerina for slowing me down and making me smell the bananas! Bananas coming before too long!

Always brilliant to get some autumn magic from Katerina! I can feel the leaves stirring .  Great haptic piece and I do believe Katerina has made her own PINK washi tape! A beautiful collage, thank you!

Katerina sends back some peachy coloured DKult Doodles

So far this a collab between me, Figgy and Katerina. I love Kat's adds with their Greek feel, and look forward to the next doodle page that comes back So I can make them into the next series of DKult Doodle Therapy TLPs!  Participants get one of the six copies per edition. I have mailed out plenty, so it shouldn't be long.
